How We'll Walk This Journey Together
Every journey is unique, but no one has to walk it alone.
Throughout the Distinctive Voices cohort, you'll be supported through individual coaching, shared learning, thoughtful reflection, ongoing encouragement, and meaningful opportunities to put your voice into practice.
You'll be encouraged to explore, experiment, and grow in an environment where every voice is valued and every person's journey is respected.
Together, these experiences create the space where discovery becomes confidence, and confidence becomes meaningful expression.
💜 Individual Coaching
Personal one-on-one conversations designed around your unique goals, questions, and growth. Together, we'll explore where you are, where you want to go, and the next steps that will help you move forward with confidence.
🌿 Cohort Gatherings
A supportive community where you'll learn alongside others, share ideas and works in progress, receive thoughtful feedback, celebrate successes, and discover new perspectives. Some of the greatest growth happens when we witness and encourage one another's journeys.
🪞Reflection & Practice
Real transformation doesn't happen only during our time together. Between sessions, you'll have opportunities to reflect, experiment, practice, and integrate what you're discovering into your work and your everyday life.
🌿 Meaningful Expression
Growth becomes even more meaningful when it is expressed.
Each participant will complete the journey by sharing their work in a way that reflects their unique path. For some, that may be a performance, presentation, creative project, exhibition, or another meaningful expression of their distinctive voice. Together, we'll celebrate not only what you've created, but who you've become along the way.

Participants come from many different backgrounds and life experiences. They may be artists, leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, storytellers, or people simply standing at a threshold, ready to discover and express their distinctive voice.
Why a Cohort?
Some journeys are easier to begin when we don't walk them alone.
There is something powerful about discovering your voice in the company of others who are also learning to trust theirs.
In community we learn to listen.

Sometimes we borrow courage from someone else until we discover our own.
Together we celebrate, motivate, and support one another as each person grows in confidence and purpose.
Having spent decades in theatre, I've learned that an ensemble often helps us discover things we could never find on our own. We earn what it means to be fully present, committed to one another, and part of something larger than ourselves.

My hope is to create a culture where every person feels seen, every voice is valued, and everyone is encouraged to become the best version of themselves.
Meet Your Guide
For more than four decades, I've had the privilege of helping people discover their strengths, tell meaningful stories, and step more fully into the work and life that call them forward.
My background includes leadership, coaching, theatre directing, storytelling, and creative development, but the heart of my work has always been the same: creating spaces where people feel seen, encouraged, and challenged to become more fully themselves.
I created Distinctive Voices™️because I believe every person has something meaningful to contribute. My role is not to give you your voice. It is to walk alongside you as you discover, strengthen, and learn to trust the voice that has always been yours.
